“I had the pleasure of working with Prajna as our founding front-end engineer at Kitt. We hired her at the very start, before we had a product, and she became a core part of the founding team. Prajna joined with limited full-time experience, but that never showed in her work. She took ownership of the entire front-end almost immediately and handled it solo. Our product integrated with a wide range of travel APIs, each with its own complexity and quirks, and she managed all of that integration work without dropping the ball. The front-end she built scaled to handle hundreds of bookings. One of the things that impressed me most was when she stood up our entire React Native mobile app on her own, in six weeks. She had limited prior experience with React Native going in, but she learned it, built it, and shipped it end to end. That kind of self-sufficiency is rare, especially early in a career. She's also genuinely easy to work with. She thinks from the user's perspective rather than just building to spec, and she's never hesitant to speak up and add her own input when she sees a better way. That combination of being low-friction to collaborate with and still having opinions worth listening to is not common. Prajna also has real taste, which is rarer still. She's a designer's delight. She understands what makes an interface feel good, she knows why that matters, and she'll put in the extra work to get the details of an interaction right rather than settling for something that merely functions. She doesn't cut corners or ship AI slop. What she builds is considered and genuinely delightful to use. For an early-stage company like ours, Prajna was an incredible teammate to have and an absolute rockstar. Couldn't recommend more highly.”
